Ever since I could ride a bike I would be pedaling my way down to one of the many bridges in my area looking to catch a Big Old Bass, Crappie, or anything that would bite my line. Even today I still love bridge fishing, mainly because of the convenience, although I use my truck now. Also its pretty cheap, and we still catch some really decent fish. So now we come to our First Pick.
#1 - Double rigged Tubes
These have really produced for us over the years. We have caught just about everything there is including some really nice Rock. We use tubes that are 1 1/2" to 2 1/4 inches long in many different colors. (Black & White is our go to color) Try rigging them different ways, such as a 1/8oz jig head on the top, and a non weighted hook on the bottom or vice versa at about a foot or so apart. There are countless color combos and rigging techniques, so experiment to find out what works best, and land some of those monster bridge lunkers.
( We will be posting our other Top Picks in the next couple weeks so stay tuned)
